Jason Schwartz is Partner at Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP. Schwartz practices primarily in the areas of labor, employment and trade secret litigation. He also serves in the firm’s Office of General Counsel. He is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group and its Litigation Department.
